Rev. Dr. Karl Galik
Stewardship Consultant and Pastor Coach

As a stewardship consultant and pastor coach for CFS, Karl provides professional, spiritual guidance to pastors and congregations in their stewardship journey.

In 2010, Karl joined CFS as pastor coach and stewardship consultant. He delivers coaching services to pastors, helping them open doors to spiritual and leadership growth. He also serves as associate director for congregational ministry of Grace Place Lutheran Retreats.

Karl earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida, a master’s degree in divinity from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Mo., a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Texas A&M, and a doctorate of ministry in leadership from Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minn. His ministry experience spans 27 years, from serving the smallest of dual parishes to serving one of the largest Lutheran congregations in the United States.

Karl is the author and creator of "First Manage Yourself Well," a system of personal development, meant to encourage appropriate Biblical stewardship of self for the sake of the mission. He is a certified Bridge Builder conflict interventionist and a Healthy Congregations Facilitator and Trainer.

Karl and his wife reside in Florida.
